SKG Screw Flow Drier

1、WOrk Theory:

 It adopts the theory of screw flow to make the hot air contact thoroughly with the solide particles. The high-speed flow and the wet particles go through the drier to the drying chamber on the bottom, the centrifugal force will separate the air and the solid and the particles go upto the upper drying chamber and the repeat the drying as in the bottom drying chameber, which well dry all kinds sizes of the particles.

2、Characteristics:

It reduces the outlet temperature of the discharging products. Take PVC as example, it can save 40~50% steam per 0.6 ton PVC, 5% output will be increased. It is feactured with easy operation and stable running. The lower operating temperature of 50℃ won’t cause any damage to the materials. There is no dead corner. It is easy to change different materials during production. Stop feeding the wet materials when change new product and blow it 15-30 minutes, so it improved the output and efficiency.

Since there is less transmission mechanics, it hardly needs to maintenance. The maintenance won’t be higher than 20% of the invest capital.
